To access the Table, click where the arrow is pointing. The Table shows all the cards and its features. The number of cards shown can be changed to your choice at the bottom of the list.
This view lets you see and search all Cards in the system for Shop Managers, Office staff, estimators and workshop techs. You can search for a job by
The Table view allows you to see the different stages to where the cards are being assessed. This is done through displaying your cards information through columns and headings.
In each Card, information about the Card Number, Vehicle Owner, Registration Number, Make, Model, Colour , Insurer, Date Created, Assigned , Priority , Notifications and the status is shown, letting you quickly see some information about it.
Underneath the Notifications heading, there are the notification icons. This includes the Email Notification Icon, Integration Icon and Task Assignment.
In each card there are more ways to interact with it that include, setting a priority, assigning it to another person, setting a Card mode, Open options, Adding and Deleting using your Mouse Right-click actions.
Choose a line in the table you want to set a priroity on. Right-click on you mouse, hover over Set Priority it allows you to set the priority of the job. The priority comes in three options: High, Medium, Low and On Hold.
Note: Priority can be removed. Right-click over the line that has a priority and select Undo Priority
The Assign tool shows the names of people who you can choose to be assigned the card. You can assign a card by right clicking over the card.
As an option if you want to not only manage each card by status there is also an option to set the card as Open, Active or Closed. This is another level of sorting the visibility of a card. It may not be suited for all business as you can can use status to do the same thing in a simpler way.
Open lets you either open the card in a new tab and or window in the browser. This can benefit some users that like to have multiple cards open at once on their screens. For widescreen users it also allows you place two Browser windows side by side when you need to split the way your processing an estimate or updateing details of a card.
The Add to option lets you add the card to either the Vechile In Board or Departure Board from here
The Delete option allows you to delete the Card and all of its linked items. This action will first check and display any estimates, supplements or invoices linked to this card, getting you to confirm before you delete.
NOTE: Deleting a card is not a reversible action. You will prompted and shown any Estimates, Supplements, Parts Orders or Invoices found to be linked to this card.
