¶ How to get started Repair-Shop
We have made it easy and quick to create an Account for your Business or Private Repair business.
Click on the SIGN UP TODAY link below the Log in button to get started.
- Type in an Email address for your business which will be used to send you an account activation link.
- Create and type in a unique Username. This will be used to create the first Admin level account to enable use of all features
- Create a type in a unique Password (Minimum 8 characters - For better account security)
- Set the Country of Registration in which you are Registering so that correct currency and tax codes are applied in your Estimates and Invoices.
- Now click on Sign Me Up button which will take you through the steps to quickly create your own account.
- Check you email inbox for the activation link. Activate your account by clicking on the Activate button and get started using Repair-shop.
¶ How To trial Repair-shop with some Demo Estimates
We have made it easy to add Demo mode data containing Cards and estimates information in the system that you can use to get your underway trialing Repair-shop s great features.
The Demo mode will allow you to view and modify estimates with images, you can make changes to them, print estimates and invoices all with your registered business information.
After your done trialing, just Disable demo data mode and the data is removed. A clean slate to start writing your business estimates in.
Demo data mode is disabled after you create an account.
To enable it, use the menu and go to Advanced Settings \ Business Profile
then click on the Switch in Enable Demo Data.
Click OK to the Enable Demo Data prompt and you are set to go..
¶ How do I Log Into my Account
Log in to your account is easy whether your at your desk from a PC writing an estimate, or working on digital job cards from a tablet or mobile phone in the workshop. We make it simple and easy to do.
Give Managers, Estimators and Techs in workshop their own accounts. Log in from Any Device. No Extra Cost
Techs in the Workshop can use Repair-shop from their phones. No apps to install
Use the internet browser from your Phone. Type in the Website address Repair-shop.com.au,then just enter your username and password.

¶ How do I retrieve my Username
Forgot your Username, don't worry.
Send it to Email address you registered with your account. Or if you forgot it also create a ticket and submit it to the Support Team.
¶ How do I Reset my Password
Forgot your Password,
Simply enter the email address you registered with your account and have a password reset link sent to you.
